Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the bacon, ham, onion, and bell peppers into small pieces. Remove the casing from the breakfast sausage and crumble it.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meats

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Add the crumbled sausage and cook until browned. Add the chopped ham and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the cooked meats and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make the Omelet

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the sautéed vegetables. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.

  5. 5

    Add Fillings

Evenly distribute the cooked meats and cheddar cheese over one half of the omelet. Carefully fold the other half over the fillings.

  6. 6

    Finish Cooking

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.

  7. 7

    Serve

Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot with your choice of side.
