Fish

Method

Prepare the Fish

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fish

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated fish fillets. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble the Tacos

  1. 3

    Prepare the Tortillas

Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until they are soft and pliable.

  2. 4

    Fill the Tacos

On each tortilla, place a portion of the cooked fish, followed by a generous amount of shredded cabbage. Top with a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt, chopped cilantro, and a spoonful of salsa.

  3. 5

    Serve

Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top before eating.
