1. Prepare the Bolillo Rolls
Slice the bolillo rolls in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Lightly toast them on a skillet with olive oil until golden brown.
2. Spread Refried Beans
Spread a generous layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each toasted roll.
3. Add Protein
Layer your choice of protein on top of the refried beans.
