Harvesting Grapes
Pick ripe Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from the vineyard.

Crushing Grapes
Crush the harvested grapes in a clean fermentation bin to release the juice.

Adding Water and Sugar
Add 2 liters of water and 1 cup of sugar to the crushed grapes in the fermentation bin.

Inoculating with Yeast
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of yeast over the mixture and gently stir to combine.

Add 1 teaspoon of tannin powder and 1 teaspoon of sulfites to the mixture and stir well.

Cover the fermentation bin with a clean cloth and allow the mixture to ferment for 7-14 days, stirring daily.

Separating Wine from Pomace
After fermentation, strain the liquid into a clean container, separating it from the solid grape skins (pomace).

Add 2 cups of oak chips to the strained wine and let it age for 3-6 months in a cool, dark place.
