Method
Meatballs Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it is hot when the meatballs go in.
- 2
Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground veal, and ground pork. Add the bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and grated aged Romano cheese.
- 3
Combine Mixture
Using your hands or a spoon, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to overmix as this can make the meatballs tough.
- 4
Form Meatballs
With your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1-1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5
Bake Meatballs
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the meatballs for 25-30 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned.
