Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the salmon

Season the Faroe Island salmon fillets with blackening seasoning, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the salmon

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, place the seasoned salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and has a blackened crust. Remove from heat and let it rest.

  3. 3

    Cook the bacon

In the same skillet, add the Nueske's bacon slices and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  4. 4

    Prepare the avocado

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado into thin slices.

  5. 5

    Assemble the wrap

On a grilled flour tortilla, layer the chopped romaine lettuce, blackened salmon, sliced avocado, crispy bacon, and shredded parmesan cheese.

  6. 6

    Add dressing

Drizzle Caesar dressing over the layered ingredients on the tortilla.

  7. 7

    Wrap it up

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.

  8. 8

    Serve

Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately. Enjoy your Blackened Salmon Caesar Wrap!
