Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Sauté Spinach

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Yogurt Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine the homemade yogurt, sour cream, minced garlic (minced), fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Once the spinach is cooled, add it to the yogurt mixture along with the minced walnuts. Stir gently until well combined.

  5. 5

    Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the Spinach Tarator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled as a dip or side dish.
