Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lamb Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. 2

    Shape the Lamb

Form the lamb mixture into small patties or kebab shapes according to your preference.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bread

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the bread cubes and sauté until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. 4

    Cook the Lamb

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the lamb patties or kebabs and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Yogurt

In a bowl, stir the plain yogurt until smooth. Optionally, season with a pinch of salt.

  6. 6

    Serve

Place the sautéed bread on a serving plate, top with the cooked lamb patties or kebabs, and drizzle with yogurt. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
