Prepare the Papaya
Peel the green papaya, remove the seeds, and shred it into thin strips using a grater or a mandoline. Place the shredded papaya in a large mixing bowl.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the cauliflower into small florets, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before adding to the salad.
