Preparing the Tea Base

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water is boiling, add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Reduce the heat to low and let the tea steep for about 5 minutes.
