Prepare the Glass
Chill a highball glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes or fill it with ice water to cool while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, passionfruit puree, and fresh lime juice. Add ice to fill the shaker halfway.

Shake it Up
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure all ingredients blend well.
Building the Drink

Top with Ginger Beer
Slowly pour in the ginger beer over the strained mixture to combine without losing the fizz.

Add Ya Dong and Sloe Gin Float
Carefully pour the Ya Dong over the back of a spoon to create a float on top of the drink. Follow with the Sloe gin in the same manner.

Add fresh mint leaves and a slice of passionfruit on top for a beautiful presentation.
