Method

Preparation of Salmon

1

Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

2

Preheat the Grill

While the salmon is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grilling the Salmon

3

Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparation of Vegetables

4

Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the asparagus, carrots, zucchini, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

5

Grill the Vegetables

Add the prepared vegetables to the grill alongside the salmon. Grill them for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

6

Plate and Serve

Remove the grilled salmon and vegetables from the grill. Serve the salmon fillets on plates alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
