Method

Preparation of Salmon

1

Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).

2

Season the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

3

Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on the first side, then carefully flip and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.

4

Squeeze Lemon

Just before removing from the grill, squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the salmon.

Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

6

Add Garlic

Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

7

Finish the Sauce

Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Remove from heat and set aside.

8

Plate the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the grill and place on serving plates.
