Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

3

Arrange on Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.

Cooking the Chicken Wings

4

Bake the Wings

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Preparation of Buffalo Sauce

5

Melt the Butter

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

6

Combine Ingredients

Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, vinegar, and celery salt. Stir well to combine.

7

Simmer the Sauce

Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Preparation of BBQ Sauce

8

Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Stir until smooth.

Serving the Wings

9

Coat the Wings

Once the wings are baked, remove them from the oven. Divide the wings into two portions and toss half with the buffalo sauce and half with the BBQ sauce.

10

Serve

Serve the wings hot with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
