PIZZAS

Method

PIZZAS

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dough

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Add the Red Sauce

Spread the red sauce evenly over the prepared pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.

  3. 3

    Layer the Cheeses

Tear the fresh mozzarella into chunks and sprinkle them over the red sauce. Crumble the feta cheese and distribute it evenly on top of the mozzarella.

  4. 4

    Add the Tomatoes

Halve the cherry tomatoes and scatter them over the cheese layer, ensuring even coverage.

  5. 5

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place them on paper towels to drain excess grease. Once cooled slightly, crumble the bacon and sprinkle it over the pizza.

  6. 6

    Season and Drizzle

Tear the fresh basil leaves and scatter them over the pizza. Drizzle the olive oil over the entire pizza and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  7. 7

    Bake the Pizza

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

  8. 8

    Slice and Serve

Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve hot.
