Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Remove the prime sirloin steak from the refrigerator and allow it to reach room temperature for about 30 minutes. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Chargrill the Steak

Preheat your grill to high heat. Once hot, grill the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time according to your desired level of doneness. Once cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Prepare the French Fries

If using frozen French fries, cook them according to package instructions until golden and crispy. If making them from scratch, peel and cut potatoes into fries, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes, drain, pat dry, and deep-fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve with Horseradish Cream

To make horseradish cream, mix prepared horseradish with sour cream and a pinch of salt. Serve the creamy horseradish on the side.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Garden Greens

Wash the mixed garden greens thoroughly, spin them dry, and toss with a light dressing of olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  6. 6

    Plate and Serve

Slice the rested steak against the grain. On a platter, arrange the steak slices, serve the crispy French fries alongside, and top with a dollop of horseradish cream. Finish with a generous handful of garden greens.
