    Prepare Hibiscus Infusion

    In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add dried hibiscus flowers and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the liquid to discard the flowers. Allow the infusion to cool.

    Mix the Drink

    In a cocktail shaker, combine the cooled hibiscus infusion, Jose Cuervo Tradicional Tequila, grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and salt. Add ice to the shaker.

    Shake and Serve

    Shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge. Optionally, rim the glass with salt before serving.
