Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the sirloin steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

While the steak is resting, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Chop into pieces.

  4. 4

    Roast the Tomatoes

On a baking sheet, toss the cherry tomatoes with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes until they are blistered.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Onion and Avocado

Thinly slice the onion and dice the avocado.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Cobb Salad

In a large bowl, combine the sliced steak, chopped bacon, blue cheese crumbles, sliced onion, roasted tomatoes, and diced avocado. Drizzle with creamy blue cheese dressing and toss gently to combine.
