Cooking Instructions

- 2
Marinate the Lamb
Place the lamb in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- 3
Preheat the Grill or Oven
If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If roasting, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 4
Grill or Roast the Lamb
Remove the lamb from the marinade and let any excess drip off. If grilling, place the lamb on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. If roasting, place the lamb in a roasting pan and cook for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 60°C (140°F) for medium-rare.
- 5
Rest the Meat
Once cooked, remove the lamb from the grill or oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.
- 6
Serve
Slice the lamb and serve it with your choice of sides such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
