Prepare the Gnocchi
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the Parisienne gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Sauté the Duck Confit
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the duck confit and cook until heated through and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Vegetables
Add the asparagus and peas to the skillet with the duck confit. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Serve
Plate the duck gnocchi mixture and top each serving with a generous dollop of whipped ricotta. Drizzle with extra herb butter if desired.
