Whisk Egg Yolks

In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 egg yolks and 1 cup of granulated sugar until the mixture is thick and pale, about 5 minutes.

4

Gently fold in 16 ounces of mascarpone cheese and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

5

In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

6

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.

Assembly

Dip Ladyfingers

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
