Combine Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, add the strained Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh or dried dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the tzatziki and adjust the seasoning as needed. If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can add more dill, garlic, or lemon juice.
- 4
Chill the Tzatziki
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
