Method
Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Mixed Greens
In a large salad bowl, add the mixed greens as the base of your salad.
- 2
Slice the Watermelon Radish
Thinly slice the watermelon radish using a mandoline or sharp knife. Arrange the slices on top of the mixed greens.
- 3
Add Feta Cheese
Crumble the feta cheese over the salad, ensuring an even distribution.
- 4
Add Pomegranate Seeds
Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the salad for a burst of color and flavor.
- 5
Toast the Hazelnuts
In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the hazelnuts for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until golden and fragrant. Allow them to cool slightly, then roughly chop and sprinkle over the salad.
Dressing Preparation
- 6
Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl or jar, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Whisk or Shake
Whisk the ingredients together until well combined, or seal the jar and shake vigorously until emulsified.
- 8
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the dressing over the prepared salad and toss gently to coat the greens and toppings evenly.
