Grilling

Method

Marination

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Mix until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Wings

Add the baby chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 48 hours to marinate.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Prepare the Grill

Prepare your charcoal grill by lighting the charcoal and allowing it to burn until covered with white ash. If using wood chips, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before adding to the grill.

  2. 4

    Grill the Wings

Remove the wings from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the wings on the grill over direct heat. Grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are cooked through and have a nice char.

  3. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your char-grilled baby wings!
