Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tuna

Cut the sushi-grade tuna into small cubes and place in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Make the Sriracha Mayo

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha. Adjust the spiciness to taste.

  3. 3

    Combine with Soy Sauce

Add the soy sauce to the bowl with the cubed tuna. Mix gently to coat the tuna.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Wakame

Soak the dried wakame in water for about 10 minutes or until rehydrated, then drain and chop into smaller pieces.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Cucumber

Thinly slice the cucumber and set aside.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Poke

In a serving bowl, layer the marinated tuna, cucumber slices, and wakame. Drizzle with sriracha mayo.

  7. 7

    Add Crunch

Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs and sesame seeds on top for added crunch.

  8. 8

    Garnish

Chop the green onions and sprinkle them over the dish. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
