Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the veal scaloppini into thin pieces and season with salt and black pepper. Chop the bell peppers into strips, mince the garlic, and chop the fresh oregano.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Peppers and Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are tender. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Cook the Veal

Push the peppers to the side of the skillet, then add the veal scaloppini to the center of the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Add Tomatoes and Oregano

Stir in the canned diced tomatoes and fresh oregano, mixing everything together. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. 5

    Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and black pepper if needed. Serve hot, garnished with extra oregano if desired.
