Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add Tomatoes and Anchovies
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, chopped anchovies, capers, and black olives. Add red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Simmer the Sauce
Let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked penne to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
