Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Gnocchi

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pappardelle gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the garlic olive oil over medium heat. Add the wild mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are tender and golden. Then add the grilled sweet corn, fava beans, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are heated through.

  3. 3

    Combine and Season

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Gently toss to combine, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove from heat, garnish with fresh chopped basil, and serve warm.
