Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant but not browned, about 1-2 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Add the chopped Roma tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften. Season with salt and black pepper.

Add Mozzarella and Basil
Remove the skillet from heat and gently fold in the fresh mozzarella and basil leaves. Allow the mozzarella to soften slightly from the heat.

Serve immediately, garnished with extra basil if desired.
