Oysters

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Oysters

Place the freshly shucked oysters on a baking sheet, ensuring they are stable and do not tip over.

  3. 3

    Marinate the Oysters

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of Yucatan sauce over each oyster, making sure they are well-coated.

Making the Topping

  1. 4

    Mix the Topping Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Manchego cheese, heavy cream, paprika, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.

  2. 5

    Top the Oysters

Spoon the cheese mixture generously over each oyster on the baking sheet.

Baking

  1. 6

    Bake the Oysters

Place the baking sheet with the oysters in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

  2. 7

    Serve

Remove the oysters from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
