Prepare the Mango Puree
If using fresh mangoes, peel and dice 2 ripe mangoes. Blend them in a blender until smooth. Strain if desired for a silkier texture.

Juice the Limes
Cut the limes in half and use a juicer to extract 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the mango puree, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and Papas Pilar Blonde Rum. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake
Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix all ingredients well and chill the mixture.
Serving

Pour and Top
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes. Top with a splash of soda water for a refreshing fizz.

Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
