Prepare the Tartar Sauce

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickles, lemon juice, capers, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the grouper.

Assemble the Sandwich

Toast the Buns
Lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Build the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, place a lettuce leaf followed by the grilled grouper fillet. Add a slice of tomato on top and generously spread the tartar sauce over the fish. Top with the other half of the bun.
