Method

Preparing the Grouper

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Add Grouper

Add the grouper fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the fish is marinating.

Grilling the Grouper

  1. 4

    Grill the Fish

Remove the grouper from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  2. 5

    Garnish

Once cooked, remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 6

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the zucchini, bell peppers, and asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the grouper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Serve the grilled grouper alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
