Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the lettuce, tomato, and onion. Set aside.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Build the Sandwich

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of sandwich bread. Place the grilled chicken on two slices of bread, followed by the lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Top with the remaining slices of bread.

  2. 5

    Serve

Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately with your favorite side.
