    Preheat the oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the bread

    Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.

    Add olive oil and seasonings

    Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides of the bread. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper evenly over the bread.

Topping

    Layer the cheeses

    Evenly distribute the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the cut sides of the bread.

    Add bleu cheese

    Sprinkle the bleu cheese crumbles on top of the shredded cheeses.

    Add diced tomatoes

    Evenly distribute the diced tomatoes over the cheese layer.

    Garnish

    Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for added flavor and color.

Baking

    Bake the bread

    Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
