Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, 1 oz of Peach Schnapps, and 4 oz of pineapple juice.

Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.

Add the Floater
Slowly pour 0.5 oz of Black Rum over the back of a spoon to create a floater on top of the drink.

Garnish the drink with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
