Cook the Green Beans
Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them by placing them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.

Vinaigrette Preparation

Make the Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until emulsified. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assembling the Salad

Combine Everything
In a large bowl, add the mixed greens. Top with the sliced potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, cucumber, sliced hard-boiled eggs, olives, fennel, radishes, and red onion.

Add the Tuna
Slice the seared tuna and arrange it on top of the salad.

Drizzle with Vinaigrette
Drizzle the prepared vinaigrette over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine.
