Method

Appetizer - Spicy Shrimp Tacos

  1. 1

In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 2

    Cook Shrimp

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Warm Tortillas

In another skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

  4. 4

    Assemble Tacos

Place a handful of shredded cabbage on each tortilla, top with shrimp, and garnish with lime juice and chopped cilantro.

Main Course - Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken

  1. 5

    Marinate Chicken

In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, chopped rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 6

    Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  3. 7

    Grill Chicken

Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  4. 8

    Serve

Remove chicken from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Dessert - Chocolate Lava Cake

  1. 9

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins with butter.

  2. 10

    Melt Chocolate

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt bittersweet chocolate and unsalted butter together in 30-second intervals until smooth.

  3. 11

    Mix Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and eggs until smooth. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

  4. 12

    Fill Ramekins

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.

  5. 13

    Bake

Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft. Let cool for 1 minute.

  6. 14

    Serve

Carefully invert the ramekins onto plates, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
