Cinnamon Pear Lemonade Ingredients

Method

Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cinnamon Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool.

  2. 2

    Blend the Pears

Peel the pears, remove the core, and chop them into chunks. In a blender, combine the chopped pears with 1 cup of water and blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to extract the juice.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the pear juice, lemonade, and cinnamon syrup. Stir well to mix all the flavors together.

  4. 4

    Serve

Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the cinnamon pear lemonade over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices, fresh mint leaves, and a cinnamon stick for each serving.
