Mix the Base
In a shaker, combine the Orgeat syrup, Monin Maple syrup, and fresh pineapple juice. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.

Prepare the Glass
Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Combine and Top
Pour the mixed base over the ice in the glass and top with soda water. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry on top.
