Lassi base

Sweetening & spice

Method

Prepare bhang/CBD component

1

If using a CBD tincture plus store-bought bhang spice paste, combine 1 tablespoon of the paste with the appropriate number of CBD drops from your product to reach your desired dose (follow product dosing). If using a ready-made CBD-infused bhang paste, measure 1 tablespoon. Warm the paste slightly in a small bowl (place bowl in warm water for 30–60 seconds) and stir until smooth so it blends evenly into the lassi.

Make lassi

2

Blend

In a blender, add 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt, 1 cup cold water, 1 cup ice cubes, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon rose water, and a pinch of salt.

3

Incorporate CBD/bhang

Add the prepared 1 tablespoon CBD-infused bhang paste (or the tincture-paste mixture) to the blender. Start with the measured amount and adjust in future batches according to desired effect and legal/safety guidance.

4

Blend until smooth

Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, until the mixture is frothy and fully combined, with no large ice chunks or paste lumps. Taste and, if needed, add up to 1 additional teaspoon sugar or a few more drops of rose water, then pulse briefly to incorporate.

Serve & garnish

5

Pour the lassi into two tall glasses. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon toasted chopped pistachios over each (total 2 tsp), add 2 mint leaves per glass, and optionally scatter 4 saffron strands on top (total 8 strands). Serve immediately chilled.
