For Yer Fingers!

Method

For Yer Fingers!

  1. 1

    Prepare Tater Tots

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen tater tots evenly on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  2. 2

    Make Cheez Sauce

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cheddar cheese and milk. Stir frequently until the cheese is melted and smooth, creating a creamy cheese sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add more milk until desired consistency is reached.

  3. 3

    Assemble Nachos

Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the oven and layer them onto a large serving platter. Pour the warm chili evenly over the tots, followed by the creamy cheese sauce.

  4. 4

    Add Toppings

Sprinkle sliced jalapeños and chopped green onions generously over the nachos. Drizzle chipotle ranch dressing on top for an added kick.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the macho nachos immediately while they are hot and crispy. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!
