Prepare the Tropical Salsa
In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Grill the Salmon
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillet on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve
Remove the grilled salmon from the grill and top with the prepared tropical salsa. Serve immediately with two sides of your choice.
