Method

Steaks

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steaks

Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steaks

Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

Wiener

  1. 3

    Prepare the Wiener

Grill or boil the 12-inch beef hot dog until heated through and slightly charred.

Macho Nacho Appetizer

  1. 4

    Assemble the Nachos

Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and jalapeños evenly on top.

  2. 5

    Melt the Cheese

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

  3. 6

    Serve

Serve the nachos with sour cream and guacamole on the side.

House Salad

  1. 7

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

  2. 8

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad and toss to combine.

Cheddar Mashed Taters

  1. 9

    Boil the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into equal-sized pieces. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 10

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return to the pot. Add butter, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Broccoli

  1. 11

    Prepare the Broccoli

Steam the fresh broccoli florets for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still bright green.

  2. 12

    Season

Season the steamed broccoli with salt and pepper to taste.
