Prepare the Tater Tots
Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the Tater Tots. Spread the Tater Tots evenly on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.

Bake the Tater Tots
Bake the Tater Tots in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Heat the Queso Cheese Sauce
While the Tater Tots are baking, heat the queso cheese sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until warm and smooth.

Prepare the Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with half of the chopped green onions and a pinch of salt for added flavor.

Combine Bacon and Tater Tots
Once the Tater Tots are crispy, remove them from the oven and place them in a large serving bowl. Top with the chopped bacon and the remaining green onions.

Serve the Tater Tots hot with the warm queso cheese sauce and sour cream mixture on the side for dipping.
