For Yer Fingers!

Method

For Yer Fingers!

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tater Tots

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the tater tots evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.

  2. 2

    Warm the Pulled Pork

In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the pulled pork until heated through, about 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Combine BBQ Sauce

Once the pulled pork is heated, stir in the BBQ sauce and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture is hot and well combined.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Nachos

Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the oven and layer them on a large serving platter or baking dish. Top with the BBQ pulled pork mixture, shredded cheddar cheese, and jalapeños.

  5. 5

    Melt the Cheese

Return the platter to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Drizzle with Dressing

Remove the nachos from the oven and drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro for garnish.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces if desired.
