Prepare the Prime Rib
Season the prime rib roast with salt and black pepper. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and roast the prime rib for about 20 minutes.

Roasting the Prime Rib
Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C) and continue roasting for an additional 1-1.5 hours, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Baguette
While the prime rib is resting, slice the demi baguettes in half and lightly toast them in the oven.

Add Saloon Sauce
Drizzle saloon sauce over the assembled sandwiches and place them back in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve warm with additional saloon sauce on the side for dipping.
