1. Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients needed for the cocktail.

In a cocktail shaker, add the Conejos Mezcal, raspberry purée, fresh lemon juice, and egg white.

3. Dry Shake

Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

4. Shake with Ice

Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.

5. Strain and Serve
