Preparing the Coleslaw

Combine Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage and grated carrot.

Make Dressing
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Mix Coleslaw
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture, and toss until well coated.

Chill Coleslaw
Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Making the Bos Sauce

Mix Bos Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

Blend Sauce
Stir until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
Assembling The Rachel

Preheat Skillet
Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Prepare Bread
Spread a thin layer of bos sauce on one side of each slice of marble rye bread.

Layer Turkey and Cheese
Layer the roast turkey evenly on one slice of bread and top with the Swiss cheese.

Add Coleslaw
Add a generous amount of coleslaw on top of the Swiss cheese.

Close Sandwich
Place the second slice of bread on top, sauce side down.

Butter Sandwich
Butter the outer sides of the sandwich lightly.

Serve
Once grilled, remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
