Chill the Champagne
Place the champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it's well chilled.

Juice the Oranges
If you are using fresh oranges, cut them in half and juice them until you have 1 cup of fresh orange juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, pour in the freshly squeezed orange juice.

Add Champagne
Slowly pour in the chilled champagne to the pitcher with orange juice, allowing the bubbles to form.
Serving

Pour and Garnish
Carefully pour the mimosa into champagne flutes. Garnish with orange slices and fresh mint leaves if desired.
